Social Impact Communication

I believe effective social impact communication requires making complex ideas accessible, engaging, and relevant to wider audiences.

My approach combines research-driven content creation with clear and audience-focused communication: translating academic concepts, policy discussions and social issues into formats that encourage understanding and dialogue.

Through my work in sports ethics and inclusion, I focus on using communication as a tool to bridge research, practice and public engagement.

The Sports Ethics Examiner

The Sports Ethics Examiner is a global educational initiative reaching over 500,000 readers monthly across five continents. As a regular contributor and consultant, I support the platform’s work on gender, disability, and China-related topics through original articles, educational resources, and cross-cultural communication. Among them, an explainer on figure skater Alysa Liu’s comeback journey at the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics connected a high-profile sporting moment with broader discussions around athlete autonomy, while the Inclusive Language Guide in Simplified Chinese made inclusion-focused communication resources more accessible to Chinese-speaking audiences.
